Refund & cancellation policy

We keep this simple and fair — you should never feel trapped.

Free to start, no card

Every account starts with 30 days of full access with no credit card required. If it's not for you, do nothing — when the trial ends you move to the free plan and are never locked out of your books.

Cancelling a paid plan

You can cancel a Core or Plus subscription anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid features remain available through the end of the period you've already paid for, after which the account moves to the free plan. Your data stays yours and exportable.

Refunds

• Monthly plans are generally non-refundable for the current month, but you won't be charged again after you cancel.
• For annual plans, if you cancel within 14 days of a charge, email us for a full refund of that charge.
• If you were billed in error or something went wrong, contact us — we'll make it right.

Online giving

Donations made to your church through Vestrybooks go directly to your church via Stripe; we take $0. Refunds of individual gifts are handled by your church through its Stripe account, subject to Stripe's processing terms.
